Quality Stock Radar is an informational tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any offer. Past performance of alerts shown on this site does not guarantee future results. All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Quality Stock Radar (qualitystockradar.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Quality Stock Radar is operated by Inovatiq Ltd, registered in Malta.

2. Service description

Quality Stock Radar is a stock screening and alert service for informational purposes. It identifies stocks that meet certain quality criteria and have pulled back from recent highs, and provides DCA (dollar-cost averaging) price zones as a framework for research.

The service does not manage money, execute trades, or provide personalised investment advice.

3. How our methodology works

Quality Stock Radar screens stocks using a rules-based algorithm. A stock qualifies when it meets all of the following criteria at the time of screening:

• Revenue growth — positive year-over-year revenue growth
• Profitability indicators — positive or improving gross margin and operating income trends
• Free cash flow — positive trailing twelve-month free cash flow
• Balance sheet health — debt-to-equity within acceptable bounds relative to sector
• Pullback trigger — current price is 10% or more below the stock's 52-week high

DCA price tiers (First Buy, Accumulate, Strong Buy) are derived from a discounted cash flow model using publicly available analyst estimates and trailing fundamentals. These tiers are illustrative targets — they are not guaranteed entry points or price predictions.

Market data is sourced from Yahoo Finance. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that data is error-free or up to date.

4. No investment advice — no guarantees

Quality Stock Radar is not a registered investment adviser in any jurisdiction. The alerts, scores, and DCA zones are produced by an algorithm and are not tailored to your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

We make no guarantee of returns. Stocks that trigger alerts may continue to fall. A stock entering a DCA zone does not mean it will recover. You may lose some or all of your investment. Historical performance data shown on this site reflects past price movements and is not indicative of future results.

Statistics shown on this site (win rate, average gain, best alert) are calculated from historical data using live prices versus historical alert prices. They are presented for transparency and do not constitute a performance guarantee or projection.

5. Subscription and billing

Quality Stock Radar offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/mo) or annually ($79/yr)
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or provide access to other people
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Stock Radar and Inovatiq Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including investment losses based on information provided by the platform.

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in that period.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, algorithms, and data on Quality Stock Radar are the property of Inovatiq Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
