1. Who we are

Quality Stock Radar is operated by Inovatiq Ltd, a company registered in Malta. We provide a stock screener and DCA alert service at qualitystockradar.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Account data — email address and name (via email sign-in or Google OAuth)
• Subscription data — plan, trial status, billing dates (managed by Stripe)
• Usage preferences — saved favourites, notification settings
• Communications — messages you send via the in-app chat or email

We do not collect financial account details, trading history, or sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate and provide access to your account
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send DCA alert emails and transactional notifications
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the service (aggregate, anonymised usage)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party processors

We share data only with the processors necessary to run the service:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Google — optional OAuth sign-in (if you use Google login)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Neon (AWS) — encrypted database hosting
• Vercel — web hosting and serverless infrastructure

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes, retained for 7 years).

6. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

7. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
